How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your subscription, here are some simple steps to help you on your way.

  1. Login in your Lighthouse Account
  2. Select My Account
  3. Under Subscriptions, select Cancel

Subscription cancellations only apply to monthly subscriptions. This subscription automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. Yearly subscriptions do not need to be cancelled as they do not recur at the end of the subscriptions term.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you’ll still get the full subscription period you purchased. (Ex. If you purchased a one month membership and decide to cancel after 10 days, you’ll still get the full month.) When your subscription has been canceled we’ll send you an email to confirm.



How do I cancel my Apple subscription to Ooka Island?

The first thing you need to know is: uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription - because it's attached to your iTunes account. You must actively cancel the subscription using the process described below. If you uninstall the app but don't cancel your subscription first, you will still be charged by Apple.
